COMPETITION COUNCIL CLEARED ACQUISITION OF VOLUNTA PARKET BY PARKET TRADE

On 10 February, the Council cleared an acquisition of the real and personal property of a bankrupt company Volunta Parket by Parket Trade.
Having evaluated all the circumstances related to the merger, the Council acknowledged that the intended merger will not create or strengthen the dominant position, or significantly restrict competition in the relevant market.
