KONKURENCIJOS TARYBA CANCELS SEMINARS ON EU COMPETITION LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR NATIONAL JUDGES

As a result of the quarantine measures preventing the spread of COVID-19 adopted by the Lithuanian Government, Konkurencijos taryba has cancelled the seminars for national judges which were planned in Vilnius on 6–7 April and 15 May 2020.

Seminars on the main provisions of competition law: Articles 101 and 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and rules on damages in competition law cases will be organised later. New dates of the seminars will be announced for the participants by a separate notice.
